Topic 1 : Getting ready to learn 

To be honest there are a lot of differences between university and schools .. now I want to share with you guys about the differences . This is my first topic that I learned from Miss Nursuria binti MD Setaman on 23 July 2018 .

  •  Student spend less time studying in class and spend more time studying outside
  •  Student will have fewer tests and more reading
  • Student might not be reminded of due dates and exams
  • Student will have more group assignment with meetings outside of class
  • You are responsible for your own learning and behavior
  • You only have a certain instructor for a few months
  • Instructors don’t tell you exactly what notes to take
  • You also can drop a class
  • Instructors may not be trained in educations
  • You may have PA as an instructor
  • You may have an international instructors 

      Dorm life 

Ø  You may have a job
Ø  You may be making new friends
Ø  You may be in a relationship
Ø  You may be in a new setting / city
Ø  You may be involved in lots of extra activities
Ø  You may be managing your own finances 

So , these are the ways to step up game 
  •   Don’t get behind on readings – read the assigned material before class
  •  Learn how to take note
  •  Find out what type of learner you are

  • Note - Taking skill 
  • Test - Taking skill

Assalamualaikum and hello guys ... my name is Amira Dayana binti Hazmi . I'm officially 18 years old . I was birth on 18 April 2000 at Mawar Medical Centre Shah Alam . When I was child , I live at Meru Klang then after 12 years I move to Felda Sungai Koyan , Pahang . I finished my secondary school at SMK Sungai Koyan then surprisingly I was offered to pursue my study in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Pahang Kampus Jengka . I was so excited because this is my first time being away from my family . Which in fact I was the eldest in the family I never school at boarding school . As a student there are many integrity that we must know . the important integrity for student is plagiarism .                        What is plagiarism ?  Plagiarism is copying others work and showed to the lecturer as your own work . Usually the person who is doing plagiarism is a person who doing their assignment last minutes .
